With that said, we are also excited to welcome you back into our lobbies again!  While we would love to visit with each of you, we ask that you continue to utilize social distancing options as much as possible during this time.  Drive thru’s, remote access, and our night drop are still viable options that help keep you and our staff safe. Please do not enter if you are feeling under the weather

As always, you will receive the best customer service no matter which option you choose to complete your banking. Each lobby will have posted signage outlining branch procedures to make your experience as comfortable as possible.  Here are a few items you should expect as you return to our lobbies:

  • While masks are encouraged, please remove your facial covering when entering the lobby to be identified.  Once identified, please replace your facial coverings.
  • We will have enhanced cleaning procedures following client’s transaction(s) in our lobby.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available at banking stations and all entrances.  Please sanitize when entering our lobby for your protection, as well as our team.
  • Maintain social distance visiting as outlined on lobby floors.
  • Branch lobbies will have a limited capacity due to social distance requirements.
  • Community coffee and treat stations will be removed from public use.
